This may be far fetched... but I wanna know if there is a kit thats legal in cali? (as far as emissions) I looked at the search and didnt find anything. I am not holding my hopes up for it, might have to go with the GM S/C cause i know its legal. Anyone have any input

What he said. There is no turbo setups you can get that is CARB legal.
Only way to legally boost you car in California and stay CARB legal is by getting the GM Supercharger.

Unless you can somehow talk a company into using your car with their turbo and go through all the tests or what not that the state requires for a product to be carb legal.
I don't think it's easy or cheap.
^^^I've been told its in the neighborhood of $5-10K to get all the testing and certification done, and it takes a long time too.
