I have a 91 cavalier with the 2.2. Im upgrading the to a 94 with roller rockers and port and polish. Im having a custom supercharger kit made for my car. I will be using the m62. I was wondering what other mods i should do while the engine is beign worked on? I want to strengthen the engine up. Any info apreciated. THANKS

what are you planning on running for boost?? stock 6psi or 8 or 10 or or or. need more info on your plans. also what do you plan to do on the injection front?? fuel management etc etc etc. your stock internals will take some punishment but all is for naught if your fuel mix isn't good.

on the 94 it would either be the 2.0L OHC, 2.2L OHV, or 3.1L OHV motors. Since it's a cav it will be either of the OHV motors and he will be swapping to roller rockers.

I used to race cars, now I race myself.

The autos can take a beating, except the pump seals like to go pretty easy. But other than that, you can get a stall convertor and get the car to launch pretty good. Look up YANK convertors, they have several different stall limits available.
