Ecotec Cooling Idea

So people are saying how ecotecs chargers dont come with cooling, so I had an idea. IM new to supercharger cooling so tell me if im wrong.
Im thinking of machining, a custom coper block that will wrap around the manifold, and will have water being pumped through it and into a radiator in the front. Will this be helping, or worth while or is it just a waste of time?? Thanks!

That may cool the houseing down but it won't do anything for the intake charge.

Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.

Its not that they aren't intercooled, it is that the parts external to the supercharger are not included to intercool the kit.

All indications thus far (part number identical to Cobalt for lower manifold, first three kits with cores we have seen) indicate that the internal parts to the supercharger are ready to be intercooled, it is just getting the pump, piping, expansion/overflow tank, and heat exchanger/radiator to add the intercooling are not included as part of the kit.

As an aside I have always wondered if adding a cooling loop to the surface of the manifold or the rotor housing would aid any in keeping things cool, but the design work behind it would be substantially harder.
