Well, I finished this project about a month ago. It is a 2002 automatic ecotec cavalier. I posted in regional forums, but never in boost forum. A lot of money, time and work went into this system. Thanks to Mike Karas for creating the system and Adler for working on my car. There is more to come, soon. Here is just a few pics.
Jet Hot and Powdercoating.
I ran two lines, but this is a picture of one.

Custom Fiberglass gauge holder for 3 of my gauges.
Track times and Dynojet runs coming soon.
I guess I screwed up there .^^^^^ Oh well.
Nice man, clean charges pipes.. I like it.. What turbo is that and what psi are you running at?

Yeah, that line is for fuel. I actually have two lines. I only posted the picture with one line though.

looks like a pretty clean install. good call on getting those two to offer assistance
and as stated above, what are the specs on that turbo? and what do you have her set at right now?
The turbo is a polished T3/T4 60-1 trim turbo. The turbo was built by a guy in Alabama. The my car is currently pushing 5psi. We couldn't turn up the boost before, because my fmu wasn't working properly. We found out some parts were missing. I'll get you some numbers later.
Yeah, as you can see, Mike Karas does pretty good work. Mike was my number one choice, because he achieved 400 horsepower at the wheels in his cavalier. Although, if it wasn't for Adler, I would have never found out about Mike. I would of just heard stories of "That guy doesn't exist" like the rest of the non-believers in here. Lol. His car was real and hopefully my car can go faster. I figure, if you can't Mike, join Mike and have him work on your car. Lol.

lol who ever said mike doent exist?

A few people said Mike didn't exist and others said mike's claims were false. They were claiming Mike's car wasn't putting down the numbers Mike claimed he was putting down.
Where can I get some of those charge pipes? Honestly, I would love to get my hands on a set like that. Anyway your setup looks pretty sweet and I like the custom gauge pod sort of like the sti and stuff. And do you mind me asking why you are running 3 different models of gauges?
~Boost. Its what's for dinner!~
Those charge pipes were custom. All you need to do is buy some mandrel u bends and some silicone connectors, stainless and some stainless clamps and you are ready to go. I then preceded to get them powdercoated. I actually have 6 guages, but only 3 are pictured.I wanted a glow back effect. If I took a picture of all six , it kind of looks like a spaceship. To me, one color looks good, but I wanted to try something different and it didn't turn out looking too bad. The key to me is identity and I tried the best I could to single myself out from everyone.
now thats a clean set up ! VERY nice man..
i cant see it fully but it looks like you have a fairly tight bend right at the turbo with your down pipe... the down pipe i got from derekz24 was like this too.. took it to the exhaust shop to get the new flang put on and he said there is no way this will flow good.. doesnt collect the gasses at all, but instead creats a turbulant like effect because of it being a 3" for one and being to tight of a bend.. you want to come out a ways from the turbo then curl around... here is what he did for me... you can see part of the old 3" down pipe at the bottom..
yours might be the same too i just cant see fully in the pictures... but VERY nice set up you have there... i wished i powdercoated my stuff
The First Twin Charged jbody
blue car (R.I.P) - 240whp @7psi..
silver car - 305whp 315lbs.tq @15psi (91 Octane) or 420whp & 425lbs.TQ @20psi (94 octane+Alcohol Injection)
All dynos run on a Mustang dyno
If you click on the thumnails, they get bigger.
Josh F,
Your downpipe has a lot less pieces than my downpipe. Here is another pic of the downpipe.
mucho props to all involved
If you don't mind me asking. How much was it to Jet Hot each piece?
Lee,
I have no idea if I have the 4 wire heated primary 02 sensor, but I will look into it.
Ad1k,
I have no idea how much each piece cost. I paid $500 to Adler to get the powdercoating and Jet Hot done. I'll ask him.
my twin but turbo luv the car i must meet u sometime when u r free to look at the setup
The turbo set up looks nice but that gauge pod looks awful. Why such a big turbo, do you have a built motor?

Yeah that pod is hideous im sorry. Why not go for a pillar
*2012 mazdaspeed3*
I wasn't too happy about the pod either at first. It was not at all what I asked for, however it got the job done, so I am not complaining. Here are more pics. The pods are sticking out a little bit because they weren't secured.
Skilz,
I have a built motor, soon. Getting my standalone first. That is the upmost of importance right now. I need to retard my timing and I want 2 stage rev.
Respooled,
I had the pod made because I already maxed out my pillar. I have six guages, so something had to be done. Besides, it's not that bad. I guess I really don't have a choice, but to like it. It's safe, for now.
Paul,
You will see it soon.

woah whats the throttle bodie doing *WTF
BTW do yo have any more pics of your DP I have to make one.

Kick azz is my boost hero!!! "
I will try to take more pics. The downpipe is 8 different pieces welded together. That part was one of the parts that took the longest. Depending on what size your turbo is, you may not have a problem.
