the piping is different depending on the Turbo, Manifold, Intercooler you choose. They are not universal.

what are you using for those 3 items?

you will have to bring you car to someone most likely then.

I would do it for you but I am VERY far away from you.

Do what im going to do and buy a u-j mandrel bend and some straight pieces and some couplers and piece it all together yourself. All tubing is going to be different for each car. It all depends on where you want to run it(underneath the car or through the engine bay) If your going to run it underneath you will want to use 2" pipe because there isnt alot of space to put it underneath.

ok i know this is going to sound retarded
but after you piece it 2gether with duct tape or w/e then what?
just take it out and get it welded??

You can either take it to get welded or use couplers to hold it together but if i were you take it to get welded but only get welded what you can get out meaning dont get the whole system welded as one piece cause you'll never get it back on the car. Heres an example. This is a 2.4L, not an ecotec but notice how the pipes are connected.

so your not going to get any pieces welded at all?
seems like overtime couplers would leak wouldnt they?

Im going to make sure i have atleast one or two couplers on each set of pipes just for some play so the welds wont crack .

blue splash: are those 2" or 2.5" charge pipes?

does anyone have any pictures of any different way to run the charge pipes?

Putting together a downpipe piece by piece isn't a bad idea. Mike Karas created my 3" downpipe.

My downpipe was made from 2 seperate pieces of 2.5 inch mandrel bend pipe. The size in the picture shown about is from a member on j-body BOOSTED2POINT4. I believe they are 2.25" or 2.5". IM going to be using 2" for quciker spooling and because it is tight underneath the engine.

Hey blue splash not to get off topic or anything but do you have any motor shots and what turbo accesories he's running on that setup? I am in the process of working on my charge pipes and I actually had my plans drawn out just like his are being run. Thanks in advance!

Sweet! Those were exactly the pictures I was wanting to see. By the looks of things I should be able to have the cavalier turbo just in time for the drag strip to open up. Thanks for your help/
