i heard that the type rs has a really nice swoosh sound to it

dont worry i know what rfl means i have one on my car and if you want to scare old people on the street then a rfl might be what you are looking for

I just got my type rs. There are sounds clips online from one on an EVO i believe if you go to google and search for greddy typre rs sound clip you will find it.

rfl is very loud but very nice sounding.. i put one of my girlfriends WRX few weeks back an she loves it

I have the Greddy Type S on my car, its pretty loud and IMO the best sounding BOV there is. The Type S is a little louder and higher pitched than the Type RS. Not sure about the Type R, don't think i've ever heard one in person.

I also have the Type S on my car and I agree, its definitely the best sounding valve. i've heard the Type R in person on a SR20 equipped 240sx. it has a real quiet, low pitched wooshing sound....nothing like the Type S. my guess is because its got such a big outlet. its not really a BOV you want to use if you want one thats loud.

yea i kno..doesnt leak as bad as others have seen but it still does.. only side effect ive seen is once in a while it will buck around 3grand.. im gettin a forge DV for it in a few weeks

hmmm..
im happy with my rfl but i would prefer the hks ssqv or the greddy type s i think im gonna sell my kit soon so i should be able to experiment with another valve.
