WOW this thing @!#$ pulls HARD!!!
for thoughs who said it can not be done.... it CAN BE!! and it works AMAZINGLY well
how many of you 2.4L people can say you can fully spool a T3/T04E 60 trim turbo at like 1600-1800rpm ahaha and that is only with a 3.0" supercharger pulley on and stock is 2.8"
still feels like a different kind of pull from the s/c'er alone but i like it
still LOTS!!!! of tuning and dicking around to do and this was only after my 1st run out...
i am uploading some videos of the first start up as people wanted to see, nothing special but i will post it later tomrorow and i will try and get a video of my boost gauge VS. my RPM video tomorrow
here is the final picture though...

dont you just love shutting the @!#$ talkers up
its amazing man
root s/c and a turbo..........i think i need to change my pants
thats awesoem
If you or anybody off the street came up to me and told me they had a fast cavalier, I would ask it it was supercharged or turbo charged.
When you tell me, "It's both" I would completely call
And then I would start laughing at you.
And then when I saw it I would go in a corner and cry.
Now this is some pimp @!#$ I tell you what. I don't care how fast it is, this is some pimp @!#$.
POST VIDS!!! NOW!!!! YESTERDAY!!!!
22 miles per gallon and dropping fast...
There are not words for how impressive that it.
FORGET GIRLS GONE WILD WE HAVE GOVERNMENT SPENDING GONE WILD!
nice work. i'm very impressed. i can't wait to see what kind of numbers you put down with that setup
forgot to ask, is that a broomstick holding up your hood?
22 miles per gallon and dropping fast...
ahah thank you all... yea it feels @!#$ SWEET to finally show all the people who said this wouldnt work... ahahahaha man i feel good!!!!!!!
the broom stick is just there to hold up the hood cuz when i change the pulley or even just work on the engine i like it better then the one thats on the car... the broom stays out of my way more

I dont know if you have really gotten to get on it for any period of time but I am curious as to whether you notice any lack of power at high RPM (Flat spot). Im curious as to what the S/C can handle before it becomes a restriction in the system. What sorta pressures are you seeing under WOT. Im not sure as to what volumes the S/C will except. It may be possible that it can handle a lot of volume or not much at all. Sweet setup man. Lots of money! I dont know why anybody would question the idea of twin charging the 2.4, that engine has both types of forced induction readily available. Odd someone would say it couldnt be done, that one would be the most likely canidate other than the 2.2 with the 2.0 S/C. Lets hope that it can handle LOTS of volume. Then all you need is a built engine to handle TONS of air. Woot, Woot!! Good luck. Keep us posted

i want to sell a kidney and boost now... damnit
so far i dont feel a flat spot up top it keep pulling harder and harder untill i shift but the dyno might show different
the engine is getting a full bottom end with a stroked crank shaft for 2.5L engine.. and ported head and supercharger...
also right now the supercharger is running all the time (or like it used to with the by pass valve) but i am working on the way to make it by pass the rotors after a set boost level so lower end will be supercharger and turbo and all top end will be turbo only
and yes i want to see what the hatters have to say now?

i think they will say slow down
If that doesnt hit the spot, I dont know what will...

You are the MAN!!! I've been routin' for you ever since you began this project. Great job, bro! The engine looks very clean and it looks so sweet. I can't wait for more pictures and especially that video. Congratulations man and good luck with tuning.
Blown.
that's sick! what manifold are you using? is it intercooled? how much boost are you seeing? I'm sure I have more questions, but that'll do for now.
post more pics!
