ok im not sure but i have been reading the build book and i am trying to figure out a couple of things
1. part number for the new map sensor
2. part number for the injectors.
i know there is a enw sensor in the package because you have to change the connector in the harness to accept the new map. but there is o part number of the map. it seems to coem attached to the intake already....and not orderable yet.
also i believe we have to change the wirinig on the iat senosr also cause the kit requires the plug to be changed.....so new iat sensor?
im just trying to figure out all that is need to do the reflash
i.e. 2.4 super had to yuse the new map......
Yea i spell liek wrong get over it.
OK UPDATE
TMAP Sensor ....located on the left side of manifold near upper rad. hose
same as in pics in the build book.(TMAP temperature map Sensor)
* part number----------------------------------9359409....75 ish retail
* part number connector--------------------12052641........
SCIP Sensor......looks to be plugged on our cars. located on the supercharger
right after the throttle body (SCIP supercharger inlet pressure)
* part number---------------------------------12576410.....again like75 retail
IAT Sensor........ Looks that we need to change the connector as the build book says.
located on the intake tube
* part number----------------------------------90423637......
* part number connector--------------------12110293......

It looks like we will only need the TMAP and the IAT sensor to work w/ the reflash. according to the build book.
but then again the book doesnt mention the either of the sensors as being part of the kit. i believe the map is part of the manifold as is the iat part of the intake tube.
just trying to figure it out for those getting the reflash for turbo setups
Yea i spell liek wrong get over it.
geez noone intrested in this?................
Yea i spell liek wrong get over it.
did some lookin around and found these
Lock-Connector - IAC Connector 12052634
IAT Connector Replacement 12052641
Map Connector Replacement 12110293
Data File – PCM Engine Calibration 12590819
Data File - PCM Engine Calibration 12590820
Injector Assembly – Fuel 12593904
Plug, Map Sensor 12593906
the map sensor you need is the 1 in the manifold , right next to the rad hose on the passenger side of the motor
the other 2 maps do not read boost , 1 is the inlet map sensor , other im guessing is baro sensor as it is on a bracket just sitting out it the wide open spaces
the sensor in mine is a bosch , and the # on it started with a 0 , and brandon didnt have a pen when i talked with him last night
justin if you wanna look over the s/c let me know
this reflash would make me moist...
I could run more boost!

youll need a 03-05 vin , and possible pcm there qbe
it looks like you will need:
1. Reflash
2. map sensor
3. map sensor connector
4. iat sensor
5. iat sensor connector
for the reflash to work on a 2003-2005...and limited 2002's
Yea i spell liek wrong get over it.

Can you expand on ...and limited 2002's?
I have a 02 and would like to see more info on the "LIMITED" part if possible please?
Thanks
Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?
YOU NEED TO HAVE DELPHI INJECTORS........THAT WAS ONE WAST TO FIGURE IT OUT. bUT I AM NOT TOTALLY 100% SURE ON THAT. cUAE I HAE A BUDDY WHO IS THINKING ABOUT THE REFLASH AND HAS AN 2002. sO WE ARE GONNA SEE WHEN WE DO. iLL POST INFO'S
Yea i spell liek wrong get over it.
thanks cap master
but by the looks of it that was a mistake

yea it was a mistake..........my stupid keyboard @ work is caps only, no matter how many times you hit the caps button it still stays in caps.
and they wont change it cause they want us to write in caps.
Yea i spell liek wrong get over it.
Hold down shift while you type
I'm curious about this too. Justin any idea if the reflash is even accesable to the techs yet?
im not sure..........but we are gonna try and get the vci number for brandons car in 3 weekends..........long story short.........ill be unavailable for the next 2 weeks so its the soonest i will have a chance to get it done.
and it will give techline enough time to have it updated into there system.

** If i write in caps its cause im @ work and i can only write in caps cause the keyboard is a retarded CAPS only keyboard.**
I asked our shop foreman to look into it, but he was busy today.
do you know your dealer code chad?..if you do just call techline and ask the question if its available, tell them you have a customer inquiry

I don't, I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to find out though.
do you need new injectors???
Im deffinetly interested in this since I own a 04 cav turbo and could use a better fuel managment system besides my Cartech FMU=/ Do you need delphi injectors for sure? or I wonder if I can keep my 310 cc ford red tops in with the reflash?? Same flow rate as SC injectors im assuming.
Listening on the subject!
if the injectors in the kit are the saab green tops , then your 310 fords are gonna be way to small
since the saabs are 370cc
are they the same as the cobalt SS super charged ones??
I dont think the saabs fit in 03+ fuel rails?? i thought only 02... I would think they would use the delphi style injector like the stock ones that came on my engine which is the exactly same style as the 2.4 SCed injectors that GM supplied for that SCer. Or they could be the same style as the cobalt style which im not sure what those look like..or maybe the redline injectors? Or maybe like you said the saab 370cc...

Restart the computer and go into the bios most likely hitting either esc or the delete key. Normally there is an option somewhere in the bios to make it start with caps lock off haha. Just a side note im gonna do this when someone else does it and gets theirs running properly. Im hoping i can run my 42 lb injectors for this.
