Hey,whats up?
I just got my intercooler yesterday.I got it off a friend of mine. Its a spearco. Its 18" wide,6" tall, and 2.75" thick. Is anyone else running this intercooler?Do you have any pics of how you ran your piping? Thanks.

Did you pay anything for that? The fins on it look really beat up it may restrict the airflow quite a bit.
~Boost. Its what's for dinner!~
Junky. I doubt it's even been pressure tested. And for anything over about a 4 psi base setup, it'll be pretty inefficient.
I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.

I didnt pay him yet,but hes gonna give it to me for a very good price. The fins arent that bad.The picture makes it look like its pretty beat up.

How is it junky? Please explain. And yes,it was sent to spearco to get pressure tested, and it has no leaks. How do you figure it will be inefficient at anything over 4 psi?Are you sure you know what your talking about?Spearco intercoolers are very efficient, and this one is good for atleast 300 hp.

thats probably the most effecient "end tank" design you can get. ive seen it on some vipers and v8 mustangs so you know its gotta be good for some serious power.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys.Atleast there are a few people on this site that know what there talking about.I cant wait to get this turbo setup in my car.I just bought myself a welder,so im gonna make my own charge pipes and down pipe.It wont be the prettiest setup, but atleast im gonna save alot of money by doing it myself.
