so im thinkin bout getting either 2 or 3 12'' mtx 9500's,i get them threw accomidations @ my work for $180 per sub,there supposably better than jl w7's,my only concern is they have a higher freq. response of 36-150,are they going to sound like crap?Has any1 ever heard the 9500's? i plan on running them at 1 ohm if i only get 2 subs.Would the pioneer spl's be better? they have a freq. response of 18-700. Diamond audio? Fosgate? im lo0kin for something around 1,000rms per sub.Any suggestions would be great,thank guys
Audiobahn a1500hct....2,000rms x1 @1ohm i also have a A2300hct 2400rms x1@1ohm laying around,i will most likely use the 1500 and run the subs parallel......just want the best bang for my buck,i can get solo x's for $220 per sub for 12'',to0 bad they require a 3 cubic foot box with a port. Most likely going to go with mtx's just want to know if they r worth it or not

if your looking for high spl your not going to get it down in the 20-30hz range, your going to get it up in the 50-100 range. that sub if its the one im thinking about is prettty much just an spl sub so they didnt design it to play frequencies it doesnt need to be playing. if your wanting something that will be accurate musically i'd prolaby stay away from it. if your wanting just a high spl number go for it.
