Is this speaker too big for my Q-forms? (PICS)
Tuesday, April 26, 2005 1:25 PM
i just picked up a set of c608GTI's and i have a set of q-forms (cavalier) i'm just wondering (looking at the pics) if the speaker is too big for my q-form, would they sound better in the door? just wondering if i should keep them or sell them (q-forms)

They actually go deeper, about 1/4 of a inch, the qform is kinda tight, i need to dremal it a bit to get it to sit properly.

Here are some pics:

yes, they are my pics. i took them last night when i bought my speakers,

They do fit, but it looks like the speakers are too deep for the q-forms, they look like they will hit the floor.

I cant install them in the car, cause my Z is in Europe, i'm buying all this stuff and shipping it over there in a month, i dont wanna bring them there and find out they dont fit or sound like crap in there. so if anyone knows, let me know, if they are uselss to me, i'd rather sell them now and use that money towards some 8" midbass speakers
