well yestarday my cd player decided it doesnt want to send out sound to the speakers
blah so im thinking 360$ gone......
but i have three sets of outputs but only a mono channel amp and to poor for another amp. so im wondering if theres anyway to run the rcas to the speakers by taking an rca cord cutting one end off and using the two wires as a positive and negative?
if anyone has any ideas on maybe how to fix the player or other thing it be great
WHY would you want to do that?? maybe i'm not following here...but you want to run your speakers off the deck right? just use the speaker wire outputs.

yea i read his post...but i don't see WHY in any situation you would want to run the rca wire directly to a speaker.

easy fix how so cuz im looking for a way to fix because i dont have a warranty
but ok all that work on it are the front rear and sub outputs the aux in
what doest work is the speaker wires that normaly hook up to the wiring harness
i would love to get a 4 channel amp but i dont have the 200 for it or a place to get it cheaper its the bazooka ELA60.4 to match my other amp because i think bazooka is some nice stuff
Alright, then the most logical thing would be to troubleshoot the problem before you throw money at it. First step, do you have the tools needed to remove the deck yourself? Phillips screwdriver, seven mm nut driver, multimeter?
If you do, then please answer some basic questions about your stereo system, since you've decided not to include specifics in your profile.
1. What brand and model head unit?
2. Did you install it?
3. Was it hardwired (cut factory plugs and wire it), or did it get installed with a harness (Scosche, Metra, that sort of thing).
4. Do you have aftermarket speakers, or are they stock?
5. If you have aftermarket speakers, were they hardwired (cut factory plugs, and wired to the speakers) or were they installed with harnesses?
Answer those, and I'll get back to you with your next step.

1 panasonic cq-df903u
2 yes a year ago
3 i bout a harness to plug into the factory one
4 front stock back no
5 i installed the factory harness to them
id like to buy an amp but i need some music till i can afford one but not factory cuz tape deck blows
Check your rear speaker harness. Make sure that it's plugged into the speakers. If all is good there, pull the head unit. Make sure that the adapter plug didn't come unwired from the aftermarket head unit wiring harness. Get back to me, and we'll go from there.

all fine i think its internal
Pull the plug off of the radio and ohm out the speakers. You should see 4 ohms per channel. If you decide to check the speakers at the terminals, don't unplug them, leave the wires attached.

how do you do this an by doing this what am i gonna figure out
blah i noticed also my cd played decides it wants to turn off not comletly but it says goodbye on its own my speakers are all working fine i have my friends amp hooked up at the moment so it has to be internal so i think i might need to take it somewhere unless i can buy internals from somewhere
You can try an authorized Panasonic repair depot, but by the time they fix it, you could probably replace it for a little more.... Sorry I couldn't help.

why dont u take it apart and re connect all the wires
any tech that has a brain should be able to fix your speaker wire outputs for 20-30 bucks plus parts....call some shops in your area and find out who has the in-house techies, lol.
