i have a sunfire 05, whats the biggest speaker i can fit without custom stuff done to my car door?

there will always be custom stuff to the door but chances are you mean not having to cut and actually see the speaker coming out. You can easilly get a way with 5.25's, depending on the depth. As long as someone who knows what there doing and has the right tools are doing it you might be able to do 6.5's but I would say save on the money and just go with the 5 and a quarters.

i have 6.5 in my doors but with a custom plate they fit awsome. so yeah you can do it..... ohh wait i have a cavalier.....
