have you seen this?

does anyone know anything about either of these alarms? are they any good? are they worth it?

alarm #1

alarm #2

ive seen people staking out my house since ive gotten the new rims and cf hood, and i need something that will sense if the wheels get touched or the hood gets touched. not just if a window gets broken.

any input/help is appreciated.

Increase your insurance coverage. If the bad guys want your stuff, they're gonna get it.

You've seen people staking out your house? Personally if people are staking out your house, I would move, but hey, that's just me. How about calling the cops and asking them to drive by more often.

ya, it sux. ive spoke with one cop, and he said they'd try and keep an eye out, but i live like 2 minutes from the police dept, and they drive by quite often anyways. its just pitch black around my house. and im trying to buy a house, so it shouldnt be a problem soon when i have a garage, but for now, i have to worry.

i sat up til the sun came up waiting for someone the last 2 days. ive seen em in my driveway once when it was my car and a brand new cobalt SS, and when i went out, they left, then my neighbor seen the car sitting at the end of my street just chillin there with one person in the car on the side of the road.
i may be just paranoid, but looks suspect to me.

go with a DEI alarm. Python and Viper are the best (they're the same alarm, different name), but the hornets aren't bad.

if you want to know when someone gets close to it get a prox sensor also. if you want to know if someone jacked up your vehicle to remove the rims get a tilt sensor. If you want to stop them. sit up at night and be armed.

Call them in for Suspicious Person, or dealing drugs

And then get arrested for making a false police report. REAL smart.

Eazy, maybe the FBI is following you. Hopefully nothing happens man, I know how it is to get things stolen.

Nate, go away.

reason why people dont pay attention to alarms any more is people set them so sensative that they go off every 5 minutes. so people just learned to stop paying attention.
