I just payed $50 just for two 4'x8' sheets of MDF (for my truck set-up). It's gonna cost me a little more than $50 for mine
Still around $120-130 though. Still better than any other pre-fab box
just paid 25 bucks for a huge azz sheet of MFD from home depot. i dont have many tools, so thats where my cost is coming from, but definitley custom build. you can custom tailor even the smallest details of it. i wont flame you for buying a pre-fab, but go buy yourself a sheet of wood, and get to work!

yeah that BP box is probably going to be obnoxious as all hell. Those Polks sound great when mated with a good sealed enclosure. Spend a little extra and you'll not regret it

how well does that amp push thoes subs.
for what you spent it looks like you got a good system there. If theres extra cash available and you want to be able to get the full potential get the sealed box, if not and what you have sounds fine to you then don't worry about it and enjoy what you have.
Nice subs by the way I've always liked polk audio.
