I have 2 12" Pioneer Premier SPL subs 1100 watta RMS 2000 watts max.
What amp would be ideal to run those with?

a hifoniks bx1205 or a 1605 would definitely rock those subs, but not rock your pocketbook. You'd be looking around 300ish for the amp.
