i came home last night after work and i went to eject my cd and wouldnt come out. the cd still plays in the cd player and when i try to eject it, it says eject and goes to the radio but the cd wont come out. anyone know how to get it out without ruining my cd player? thx

you may have to have it fixed, or open it up yourself, and try to jump the circuit that controls the eject mechanism. I had to do that with one of mine. Even though I got the disc out though, it wasn't fixed. I loaded another one, when it was apart, and it still wouldn't eject again. Ended up scrapping the unit.
probably a problem with the eject mechanism itself. i had a tv that did the same thing with a vhs tape, if i turned the power off while a tape was in there, bye-bye tape. i'd get it looked at
Do you have stickers on it for any reason? Happens to my cd that has a sticker on it, i jsut use a needle nose and pull while the stereo is ejecting.
