I received a free Sony Xplod (it's free) and I was going to install it but the damn Sony plug isn't labeled and all I got was the receiver, the plug, and an extra antenna connector. So, my question is... does anyone have a wiring diagram? If they are different between various models let me know and I'll post the exact model later.

I grabbed the face plate after going out to breakfast. It's a CDX-L410X.

Yellow - battery
Red - switched power
Black - ground
Blue - remote turn on / pwr antenna
White - front right+
white/black - front right-
Grey - front left +
Grey/black - front left -
Purple - rear right +
Purple / black - rear right -
Green - rear left+
green/black - rear left -
Orange ( if it has it ) - Illumination / dimmer

That should be it. I just pulled this out of my head so the left - right may be reversed but other than that there ya go, hope it helps.

Thanks, that worked great. This Xplod kicks the @!#$ outta the Kenwood I had. It skips 90% less, plus it plays CD-RWs!

...and the AM/FM tuner works, kick ass!
