screwed up sound system???

hey guys i just installed a JVC headunit in my bro.s 2001 cavi that has premium sound, well i noticed on friday night that when you turn the car off. as the radio says goodbye u get the horribly loud hum from what it appears the rear speakers, anyone know how to fix this? also is the stock amp gettin power with an aftermarket deck?

u can run the speaker wires right from the headunit to the speakers themselves.
