Hey all. I've got a DXZ645MP that works fine, except for the CD player. It won't accept CD's and grinds whenever I try to put one in. It's brad new and I just installed it. Help. I don't want to have to return it or exchange it but I will if I can't fix it myself. Any ideas? Or anybody else had this problem and what did you do? Thanks for the info.

Exchange it.

Dont make things worse by trying to fix it yourself. You are just going to end up voiding any warranty you have on it.
