When I start my car up once in awhile afterwards the stereo shuts off and beeps as though the cars shut off and I have to restart the car a few times to get it to turn on..I have noticed it doesn't seem to happen when it's warmer out as in 45 or warmer and when it's really cold it's hard to get it to turn on at all.

Pull it out and check for voltage at the battery + wire and the ignition wire key on
Also check the ground.

is your car one of the ones that has no acc voltage?

I kno my car does the same but only if I haven't started it in a while, usually the batteries being low, try letting it run for 10 of 15 minutes, shut it off and start it again and see if it stays on after that, that usually works for me

i had this problem and i replaced the cheep scosche warning chime retainer with a better quality one i had kicking around it worked great after that.
