How to figure out box drop... I want to run my sub at full power and can't do that if I don't know what ohms its really running..

Do you own an Ohm meter?

Or how you sub(s) are wired? How Many channel amp? How is it wired?

I think I have a ohm meter. And I have one re audio 18xxx wired down to 2 ohms.

I think he's referring to this elusive impedance RISE that people speak of. I just keep picturing him dropping boxes throughout this thread though, fun mental image

Oh.

Well regardless, getting "full power" involves a touch more than impedance-math.
Find out if anyone in your area has an o scope.

Impedence rise is measured at a frequency vs ohms. If you're using the setup as a daily listener impedence rise goes out the window because music fluxuates frequencies so much.
