if you want a touch screen, you need to pay for it. $150-200 will get you a half decent single DIN CD player. Could get 3 pre-outs, decent options, and a decent name like Alpine, Pioneer or Kenwood Excelon on it. But you will NOT find a quality double DIN or flip out touch screen for that price, or even double that price.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

i say go for a cheaper end alpine, they still have the same options and tuning abilities, minus the higher end stuff like time delay etc etc. I got the ida-x305s and it runs just beautiful, got mine for 250.
