Im so lost... 1) Is it difficult to change out the speedometer cluster for a new one? (Not the gauge face, the whole cluster) 2) I wanna put LED bulbs in my Hvac panel... Is that hard to do? If anyone has some "HOW TOs" could you please let me know?

The cluster is not hard at all. Somebody just posted videos(in the "interior" section) on how to take the dash apart that would help you out a lot. Once you have the dash apart unscrew the cluster, unplug it, and plug the new one in.
Search the interior and/or photos & media forums for the LED HVAC, there is a how to on that(might even be a sticky, not sure).

yea i did that last weekend in a couple hours make sure you have an elastic band to get those stupid bulbs out of you hvac and very skinny needle nose pliers just incase (or tweezers)
