It deffinetly will NOT fit!

I couldn't even fit my 1400 under the hood properly, it barely fit under there sideways. Relocate to the trunk, cleans up the bay A LOT!

I have pictures of where i put the 1400 in the trunk, if you want?

dangit, even the 1400 didnt fit! thats not good.... yea where did you put the thing in the trunk, i may just do that then, cause i can get the thing from him for 175$ barely used...

hmm... maybe a yellow top would be a wiser choice for the front then...

Ever since i did some research on which battery to go with last year, all i read was how sh*tty Yellow tops are now-a-days.

Some people, even from the JBO, had their battery die 3 months after purchase.

Now don't take my words as print from the bible, this was just what I was told, and found while looking for a new battery. That 1800 is at quite a STEAL to i must say! I payed $475 Canadian for my HC1400 brand new.

That last picture os of ONE of the grounds you must do! From there you have to have another 4AWG ground cable running up to the front of the car that grounds to the battery tray where the old ground used to be.

Then you MUST also run a NEW ground from the battery tray to the Grounding bolt on the Tranny.

Just to make sure it grounded really well, add a second ground from the chasis to the engine.

So in total there should be 4 grounds: 2 chasis [1 in trunk, 1 on battery tray] and 2 engine [1 battery tray to tranny bolt, 1 anywhere you want to drill and tap the frame and run it to any free gounding bolt you can find]

Good luck.

My Optima is still kicking under the hood. Never had any issues in the last year. Its rests at 12.7 still. I think the only person I read that had Optima issues was Kardain and his was a Red Top.

Itll be getting transferred to the back when my build starts. Jeff knows what I mean

If you're in doubt that its fully charged, just buy a tricke charger. Its fairly cheap and easy to use.

yep it was charged and it sits at 12.6 without the car on and at 1000rpms its at 14.5, and back at the amp it is 14.5 as well, so i dont lose any voltage to the amp.

well it held up nicely today so im happy with the purchase. for some odd reason it would go down in voltage but then come back up to regular voltage. when the car was off. so it would start at 12.6 volts go to like 11.8 then when i turned the radio down it went back up to 12.6... im not sure why...
