My battery needs replaced soon and i figured i might as well upgrade to a better one, dont know witch one tho. What im looking for is a battery that wont break the bank, handle a small system, light weight, and be powerful enough to turn over a fully built LD9. Anyone know of any like this?

just found that one and it doesn't look to bad.

you do realize you've just linked... a morotcycle battery.

odyessy might not be too bad, although i've not heard anything about them.

to the op, how big of a system? i'm not a fan of optima, they've had a bad run as of late. 2 in 5 that i sell comes back, and thats just too many. kinetik i have heard good things about, but no first hand experience.

I think that I've got a regular everstart battery in my car...

I have a full system, gauges, the usual stuff that kills cheap batteries..... and I haven't had any problems at all. My volt gauge doesn't even move at all when the stereo is way up unless I'm idling.

Unless you have a stereo that pulls a massive drain on your electrical system..... a regular run of the mill battery should be fine.
