OK I've wired in a tube before but i had a after market head unit and it was a breeze is there any way to put a bazooka tube in my 2003 cavalier without having to buy another head unit (i kinda like my factory one cause it ain't crapped out on me yet) any suggestions would be appreciated.

depends, are you amping the tube or are you just trying to wire it to run off the factory head unit? if you amping it it will work much better as the factory HU doesnt put out much in the way of power.

youll have to buy a box that the rca's plug into... the other side of the box gets wired into your rear speakers... that how i have my amp hooked up... i like my stock cd player too... lol... i believe its called a input converter or something like that...

I went to RADIO-SHACK yesterday, to buy a head unit and some memphis m class for my ranger, and asked to see the line out converters, just to see all the types they had and i was in my j the guy asked what the l o c was for i told him it was for m car to witch i added because i didn't want to spend $90 on a thing for the ding he said "Thats not all it does" i asked what it did (just to see)"they control your airbags" he said i kind of laughed and said aren't they two circuts all together he said tell that to my friend who almost died putting a head unit in a car just like that " the airbag went off while he was putting in a head unit and something happened , i was only told briefly, that involved his head the air bag . i tried not to laugh i really did but then he wanted to argue with me ,so i left there with out even thinking twice about it lol maybe im just retarded i don't know.
