before you go on ebay or any other website, try your local best buy. right now they are getting rid of their 2007 models and bringing in their 2008. I've seen 4 channel amps that are normally over $200 for $125, which even beats the price on sonicelectronix.com. and i saw there the other day they had a touch screen flip out tv with navigation. it was normally $1000 but is now on sale for $600 o $699. and it was pioneer.

Cool, now you get *still* over internet prices on junk BB keeps, instead of spending that money on something that's actually good online.

And why would you want a monoblock for each sub? Get one amp to run all three. As for a cap, I highly doubt it'll help.

What is the dimensions for your box?

If they match, look into elemental designs 10kv.2, or MTX's. I have some cheap road thunders (mtx) and for a $50 sub, all I can Say is WOW.

I would not buy any eD subs if you plan on keeping your subs for a while. They sound good but are pieces of @!#$

youd need a single monoblack amp that s 1 ohm stable and produces a little more than 1050 watts rms @1 ohm. or 3 monoblocks that either produce 350 watts arms at 1 ohm or 350 watts at 4 ohm.

"I did it because I wanted to see what it would look like. You should be greatful that I even told you that it would look good. If your to dumb to use photoshop and change the color of your own car then you don't need to see it changed. I'm not going to give my work away. I'll sell the pic to you though for $15."-Adam Kalin

Like the one i linked above hifonics are a little over-rated like with the 80amp fuse on it even at 100% effiency it would not do 1200 watts. i think it will do about 975 at 1.34

Steven,
Even if you managed to blow Ed Subs, they ride on a 5 year warranty. I have only had in my hands a 13ov.2, and it was by no means cheap. The guy only had it for a year, but The other 2 he had worked perfectly fine.

If you over power any sub and have it in an inappropriate box, their lifespan will suck.

yes all 3 subs on 1 amp

and about ed subs:
Ok so the cone coming unglued from the surround was my fault as soon as i started to set the gain the sheit came undone. called up got a pickup sub got delivered to eD and sat there 6 weeks ( not over exaggerating) and then they tell me i have to pay half shipping back to me. When i get the sub the voice coil is misaligned and is rubbing like no tomorrow. I have sent back 3 19ov.2 to them for issues with their glue joints. 1 13kv2 because the dust cap started to come off and was rattling. Its not a coincidence that all my subs have had glue problems. ive talked with one of their dealers and he said he was going to have to have a talk with ben because over the last year the quality has went to @!#$. Ben is a whining little bitch if anyone has a problem with a eD product and post it on icix he erases all evidence of it and bans the person. Not to metion i was talking to a guy that just quit/got fired from there and he admits that the subs a way below par and been only cares about profit. Its not just me either i can name about 6-7 icix-forum regulars that would not tuch their subs now.

And about the box power etc. my gains were set by o-scope and dmm and im sure they were not being overpowered or clipped.

Bottom line ben is a money hungry owner that does not care about customer satisfaction
