can't seem to find what I am looking for...

just bought a 91 sunbird convert last friday...

3.1 V-6 with auto

factory radio not connected....

according to previous owner they had an aftermarket head unit in it mounted under the dash & their neighbor stole it...

the original hidden radio box is in the back floorboard & it looks like they may have a wirring adapter installed in dash because of the wires hanging down under dash...i have no clue if i undo the aftermarket stuff & hook back up the original hidden radio box if it will work. I have bought a new head unit but i must make a box to mount it in for attaching to bottom of dash....
I think there is a center piece missing from between bottom of dash & console on the floor. N E One have stock 91 sunbird interior pics so i can compare... my car aint got no ashtray... wouldn't use it if it did, but still it should have 1 right?


what i have been looking for is what size speakers are in my dash & what are in the side spots beside back seat... back speakers look like they would be 6 X 9 but can't tell about ones in dash.... anyone know what the speaker sizes are... i have searched with no results..

all i know is my commute to work (50 miles 1 way) is boring without tunes
