Still havent mounted my tweets in my 97 cavalier. Has anyone mounted them in the kickpanels before and what do you think. Im torn between kicks or the door panel. Some people recommended mounting them on triangle up by the side mirrors but idk how well that would stage/image

i am trying to put some tweets in my 2003 cavalier, i put two eights where the 6x9's go so now trying to have tweets for the front.

agree...the kick panel is the best place for mids and tweets. for best quality mount the tweets and mids as close as possible.
the door panel is the worst place to put speaks cause they face each other, and can cause cancellation.
I have tweeters in my door panel about 1 inch from the top of my 6 1/2's mids in the doors. They are pointed up towards the ear, they sound amazing when lined up right.
