Use a distribution block for your power wire, ground tothe chassis, run your remote wire to a but connector and split it off to both amps, and get a 4-channel RCA cable.
Your headunit may have enough RCA outputs for both amps, or you can do what I did,get a 5-band equilizer which has spaces for 4 amps on he back and you get the added adjustability.

If your cd player has sub outs and front/rear outputs, then you can run them as is.

If not, Your amp should have an RCA output on it, you can run the signal from the 4ch. to the sub amp that way.

everything else is straightforward. A fused distribution block will allow you to power both amps. Ground them both to the chassis. and split your remote however is easiest for you. Either at the crimp, or jump it from one amp to the next.

RCA y splitters and distribution blocks for the wiggidy win! Depending on the # of amps you're running you might want to put a relay on your remote turnon lead.
