taking apart gauge cluster? tips tricks?

alright guys, now that i have switched clusters, my busted old one is just sitting there... im thinking i would like to try and take it apart and put new bulbs in, and a few other ideas i have. how would i take the thing apart... i know people say its hard to put it back together right, but i have a new one in the car and another one sitting if i need it... so i think i wanna try and pull this apart and put it together again. cuz im like that and i enjoy pulling things apart.

I've taken apart mine quite a few times, only thing is I don't remember the bolt size

It goes together quite nicely though.

i cant get the green part with the chips and all the computer stuff away from the needles. the needles should come loose right?

they fit very tight against the pins on the back of the individual gauges, but a little tug should pop it loose.

Make sure all the screws are off the back (where the circuit board is)

He's got a 2000 I'm assuming... there are no bolts. And if the needles don't break (at least one probably will), you might get lucky enough to put it back together.
