today i headed to my local car audio store and get the wire and the crimps to do "the big 3" here are the pics of the finished product , tell me if i messed n e thing up
i know the engine bay is dirty lol don't rag on me for that.
and here is the overall shot of the bay, the power wire from the alt goes behind the engine as opposed to in the front i thought it would be less likely to get mangled there
are there even terminals in the first pics
yea clean up the wire on the neg to frame connection
My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again
yah that was a real bad crimp , nothing an exact-o knife cant fix though, other than that?
other than that looks good

does that positive wire has a fuse in it ? i dont see one.
^ +1, make sure that wire is fused, Im sure itll never blow or anything, but as soon as you dont have one, something bad is just BOUND to happen, know?
Id also say, tie it down somehow, maybe make it follow the existing harness a little or something, unless you dont mind the appearence... thats just me and being anal, it has to look stockish, or at least waay to tidy.
good upgrade
well i guess a cant say anything about the crimp job because i never put on my negative cables :O But i would deffintaly put a fuse on that wire since it goes all the way around the motor
whats a reasonable price to pay for a 150 amp fuse and holder, i didnt get one cuz my audio store wanted $55 CAD so i was like... !!
WTF! lol i wasn't even expecting to spend like 40 on wire and crimps and a new dual battery post... but hey my headlights dont dim any more
hey instead of a fuse i have a circuit breaker...135A ill sell it to ya for 35 US shipped

i think i paid less than $30 for my ANL fuse holder, and a 2 pack of 150amp fuses, shop around .
