I'm going to eb getting this in a little while. I'm not lookin' for something to db drag or go to spl comps with. Just for ridin aorund.

hu- panasonic w/ 5 volt pre-out.
front- pioneer 6's, or maybe 6x8's. Is there any way to stuff a 6x9 in there?
rear-pioneer 6x9's.
amp-mtx tc3001 (900 watt max)
subs- pioneer 12's. 1200 watt max.
box- not sure to go for sealed or ported. I may go sealed because it's gouing to be cheaper and also I think it sounds cleaner.
extras- one cap or 2 not sure. this will help with a a stock alternator wont it? would 4 gauge wire do it for this?

Any suggestions? I don't have much money so lol

Do you have a budget that you are looking to work with?

And I would suggest looking into products that are rated with RMS power handling, and MAX or peak can be a little deceiving, as one company might do RMS x 2.5, some do RMS x 3.....and so on. Its not consistant from one brand to another.

Dump the caps, save money and do the big 3 upgrade(sticky at the top of this forum)

No reason for a 6x9 up front, do a 6.5 if ya have the room(maybe a component set instead)

Sealed wont really be much cheaper than ported although yes generally, its punchier...

I could do the 3 and one cap, just to see what voltag is comin through. I've found a set of 4x6's thatm actually handle some power..Pioneer 4x6's. I may use them instead. Also my budget is going to be sub 1250 cdn.
