hi
i bought a set of led bulb light for my taillight..but when i installed them they are flashing too fast....
i need to fix this..
the guy at bestbuy sold me a electronical bobin for light...it look like a relay...but it's not..
i don't know where i need to switch that part on the car..
the guys told me its under the dash...
but where? I CAN'T find it..
does anybody could help me please !
i would also (and have used) the replacement led flasher. i would recommend this, because honestly, it doesnt cost any more than a regular replacement flasher, and it is actually the easiest to do. no chance of it melting anything, either.

yeah thats what i bought...
a electronic flasher...but mine have only 2 pin..the guys told me thats the good one for my cavalier 02
but where i install it??...it supposed to replace my oem part..!!
im fairly sure all 95+ cavs and fires had the ep27 style... it needs to have 5 pins on it. the ones for leds are specifically made not to see a load. they flash at the proper rate at all times. your parts guy was only selling you something you didnt need, happens all the time. take it back and get one of the ones kardain listed. i checked the price on a stock replacement flasher today and it runs $16.

correct. our cars are 5 pin.
98+ models should be located on the brake pedal bracket above the steering column under the dash.
^^ thats where mine is on my 96. i dont think they moved far after 98 either.
