i have an astra alarm installed on my car, it was done recently but now exactly every 20 minutes it goes off for no reason?
Anyonw know what could cause this?

might be the door switch setting it off. take it back to where it was installed at and have them look into what it might be.

what is the door switch? I'm pretty sure thats what it is because it comes up as a door impact everytime on the pager..

they might have hooked up the door trigger and the domelight supervision wire together. I did that in my car to try and have illuminated entry (took a short cut by putting the together) and at first it worked great, then when i got home i parked it about 20-30 mins later it went off for no reason. Did this in different intervals all night. Next day i cut the dome supervision wire and havnt had any problems since....BTW i got an audiovox prestige 997 pager alarm r/s
definately has to do with the dome light, i believe the constant power to it is turned off after twenty mins, they may have hooked up door trigger positive and negative to it
