Well The cavaliers Battery Died yesterday night again.Had to race over to jump my Z24(mom had it)with my battery booster box again.
Before it gets any worse Im going to replace it so I don't have to worry if she can make it home from the factory anymore.
I have a Autopage RS-860LCD on that car,I want to know when I replace the battery today,Will I lose all my Features that I programmed last year or will they all be keep ed and I won't have to program everything again.
Also Should I pull All the fuses for the Alarm/RS before taking the battery out.
I have a 520-lcd and disconnected the battery. nothing had to be relearned.
i got an audiovox prestige 997 pager alarm and when i hooked up my amp i disconnected the battery and didnt have to relearn anything....
I was told that memory like that, is stord in non-volitile memory area
Think of it as a PC, current stuff is 'in' the RAM (volitile, dies after power cut)
Saved data is on the Hard drive (non-Volitile)
