Anyone know how to hook this up to a avhdvd6500 pioneer deck ?

can anyone tell me if they have ever seen a connection for this type of headrest monitor ..... it has 2... 5 pin connectors comming from the seat poles ...... the monitor can be used by another feed or u can mount a dvd vcd mp3 cd in the top of it ... i'd liek to be able to use this but i have no information in it .... anyone ???
