The way I did mine was to actually strip each wire out of my factory harness that I didn't need to change, like the ABS, and the wires going from the underhood fuse/relay center to the firewall, Then I started laying the wires from the engine harness where they needed to go along side the ones I didn't remove. Long and tedious, but I think the end result is almost perfect.
