So I've finally got everything I need to install my stereo. Fuse tap, dash install brackets, wiring harness, assorted connectors and stuff. Everything but the stereo itself.
Now I notice that on all stereos over $129, Crutchfield includes all the hardware needed for free -- except for the $79 Metra wiring kit -- which is now only $39.
I'd return all this stuff I've already bought if I still had the receipts and hadnt already gotten it ready. It would have only cost me a couple dollars more now to go with Crutchfield, and I would have had the Metra thing and not lost my warning chimes.
You can probably find the radio cheaper than thru crutchfield.
I got a T harness i'll sell ya for 20 bucks

Well, anything is better than that stock crap, but if you really want some good SQ, then get something around the range of 200-300 from www.Woofersetc.com or something. Just don't pay store level retail price, stick with E-tail, you still have to pay shipping, but it's still cheaper. I heard Alpine has some good units.
