I got new light bulbs for my GFs cav and went to install them and only one lights up. I tested it with a test light and it is getting power. I know the bulb is good because when it goes to the other side it works fine. Whats wrong, could it be a ground? How could one work not the other when I know it is getting power, too many problems with these cars.

There is always 12+ volts going to the bulbs. I believe the ground is what is switched. So check to see if the other wire is providing a ground when the light switch is on. If not, that's your problem. I had to trace my wires back on my car, and turned out a ground was corroded. Otherwise look at the harness and see if it is melted or corroded.

is it 9007 bulbs? 95-99 00-02?

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again
