'01 Sunfire cd player

my gf wants a cd player in a 01 sunfire and only wants to spend around $120....but when i looked up her car on crutchfield it said i need some kind of harness for the door chimes....does she have to have that or can she have a cd player without it?

ok, i read the different posts about these class 2 cd players but i didnt find where i can buy the $15 wiring harness instead of decking out $80 on the t-harness so that her car has door chimes and what not.

can someone plz tell me where i can find it?
