ok i have a indash tv setup, and i have the hideaway unit which house the recivers amp and all the inputs and outputs as well as antenna. So i was wondering if a bad ground to the Hu amp can cause hissing though the speakers. The unit is under the front passenger seat with about a 6" ground wire going to the bolt the fastens the seat down but i diddent strip any paint off the bolt. Should i just run a small wire from the battery for ground?
