I have a 2nd Gen Sunbird, and I know how to do all the wiring, but where's the easiest place to run the power wire throught the firewall, I can't find an existing hole or gromet, and it would be great to not have to drill the firewall, seeing as I'm pretty much car illiterate and I'm only learning.
there is a fine space between the hood>fender>door.....it usualy takes 2 people.....n' will take awhile...look around up twards the top u'll find it..
just drill a hole in the firewall get a rubber grommet and run it through it's fairly simple, just do it from the inside of the car. just make sure it's clear where your drilling in the engine bay, thats how I did my 92 Cavalier.

Yeah, so I was looking around, and I only found one place, where the hood release line runs through, but It will require drilling and a fair amount of time to use this hole ( I think this is what you said Jay), but is that the best spot? If anyone has a 2nd gen. Sunbird or Cavalier, and has run a power cable through, whether by drilling or though an existing hole, input would be great, pictures would be amazing. Thanks so far to Jay and 01Cav.
