hey i have a 2003 cavalier without airbags i need to hook up a power wire to my igniton but it still keeps the deck on when the car is off.. i need help with this i dont want to kill my battery..also is i hook up my amp will the power wire from that do the same thing?

run the power wire from the radio harness to your fuse box on the far left of the dash. open that and pull the fuse for the wipers. now just pinch the wire into on of the sides of the fuse holder with the fuse. if you have a test light, you can find out what the live side is and put the wire on the other prong so you can utilize the fuse.
