Hey i need to know if anybody know anything about a PCM swap!!! I had a auto but changed it to a five speed. Could not get an inspection because the PCM was from an auto. My buddy had a manual PCM and gave it to me i hooked it up but now i cant get it to run. I start the car it runs full throttle then dies out. But when i put the auto PCM back on the car it runs great. I just cant figure it out. If anyone can help me out with this problem would be great!!!!!!
is the theft light on in the dash??? if so try this
96-99 J-car
1. Attempt to start the vehicle, then leave the ignition ON. The THEFT SYSTEM light telltale will flash for 10 minutes.
2. When the THEFT SYSTEM telltale stops flashing, start the vehicle. Once the vehicle is running, the password is learned.
Wojo, What is the difference for the 00+ cars for the Passlock relearn ? I have been looking, found out it should be in a FAQ somewhere but I just haven't found it yet.
