Component Choices

Looking for 2 pairs of nice 6.5" components to run off a 4 channel amp, there going to be getting between 75 and 100 watts RMS. I had RF and didn't like them (love thier subs though) I have Infinity in 3 cars and am pretty happy but don't want to use the same in the new cars, I don't like MB Quart or Alpine, and I have high end JBL in the other car. I'm looking for something different, considering Diamond, Pioneer, Eclipse......Anything else you've heard that you really like?

I'm also looking for 6 pairs of RCA cords that keep out engine wine pretty good. Anyone got favorites on that?

Thanks

any quality rca cord will keep out as much noise as the others. generally engine noise comes from bad grounds 90% of the time.

as for speakers i'd just hit some decent audio stores and have a listen you seem to like an dislike brands so let your ears be the judge.

depending on how much you are looking to spend. DLS makes some amazing speakers.

I just put powerbass door and rear speakers in my car. They sound real good no distortion at all.

Powerbass is the low end in the shop I work at, and I'd rather not go that low....I've got infinity reference in 2 cars, Infinity Kappa perfects in my other car and am putting JBL Gti components in my Cobalt, I'd like to keep somewhere in that range for the g/f's other car. She has a set of Infinity reference in her second car.

I'm leaning towards the diamonds my shop sells, but anyone know a good place to listen to some of the higher end speakers? I'll have to stop at tweeter, but they don't carry all of the good lines. and my shop only has a few in stock (we are a smaller shop) and I can't ask the owner to order all them so I can test them out.
