i had replaced my factory monsoon radio and speakers. i have currently gon back to stock monsoon radio and front 4x6 components. I had rewired the all speakers in my car, now the 4x6's are not working in the front. Is there some sort of crossover or something along the factory wiring that i gt rid of? i didnt see anything when i followed the wires......... ill prolly just replace the 4x6s with a nice 4x6 plate (which consists of a 3" cone and a tweeter)....

No crossover at all up front, and replace them with a 6 1/2
i had 6.5's... but 1. im selling the car and 2. 6.5's involve a lot of cutting. i had HUGE holes cut out of my door panels and it looked like @!#$ and i got new door panels off ebay. i couldve bought cheaper speakers, i bought the 700 dollar JBL GTi 6.5 comp's!!! my sis works for JBL, Harman Becker actually... its JBL, infinity, and Harman Kardons parent company..., so i get a VERY GOOD PRICE!!! they were too big. thats why i cut the hole in the door panel... i dont want cheap either.... so i bought the best pair of 4x6.s they make...

You didn't have to cut the door panel up, you could have made or bought an adapter that'll fit in behind your panel. If you're selling the car, put the stock ones back in, or get a cheap pair of 4x6's.
