Ok, I want to get a Optima Yellow top. I was looking and I can get one with side and top post for about $200.00 shipped, would this be a good idea? Anything else I need to buy other than the battery to make it work? I am planning on doing a Big 3 after I get the battery also.

you can get it for about 180 or so if you buy it at a local auto store.

ok i just went to check advance auto parts and auto zone, and i cant find them on their sites at all........thats crappyy.......i was gonna buy one come summer.....

they sell them right inside my local autozone, and i live in BFE

I was asking if it was cheaper because the closest autozone to me is 30 miles away. Before driving all that way I searched online.... sigh.

And MOST of the time things are cheaper on the internet.... and you cant get them at ANY auto parts store where I live. The Advanced here does not carry them.

i have a yellow top for sale 50 bucks, but for local pickup i aint shippin that heavy ass thing, be more to ship then id make out of selling it, im only selling it becuz it was in my 89 toyota pickup minitruck that got totalled b4 i got my cav and i think its too damn heavy for a cav.

thast the thing. shipping will bite you on things like that. they may tell you free shipping but they just usually bump the price of the item to recoup that cost. costco is where ive gotten my last couple.
