im looking into buying a car alarm and i want to get one that has the paging system..im not real worried about price...but i want something that is top of the line....whats the best one u guys have found?

I have an Avital A4400 alarm system, pager and everything. Ran me $483.51 installed.
It's a pretty good alarm. Remote start, keyless entry, tells me temp inside my car. The key fob tells me how the "intruder" is getting in, be it through my hatch, my door, or if they are breaking a window.
It has 1000 foot range. I was 2 blocks from my house, trees and all sorts of buildings in the way.. and I could still un-arm my alarm and re-arm it. I absolutely love it and think it was worth every penny.
Just this morning, I had my car running with the ignition on. My radio was on and all, my alarm was set because I was inside while the car ran. My fuse for the radio/dome light blew and it set my alarm off instantly.
When I got to work and got out of the car, I hadn't replaced the fuse yet, and the alarm wouldn't fully set because that fuse was blown. Hell, one time I left my dome light on and it wouldn't fully set because of that. What I mean, is when something is out of the normal and I set my alarm, it beeps twice instead of the usual one beep.
The other day I had left work in a company vehicle, when I got back I had to go out to my car. When I dis-armed my alarm, it beeped 4 times instead of the usual two, because someone set my alarm off, and it showed me how it was set-off. Someone triggered a shock sensor. So, I went and found the @!#$ that was messing with my car.

i wanna get that viper ^^^ and get the window control module with it as well.
have fun with the window roll down module. and then the programming. highly suggest if you are gonna add all the extra stuff onto the DEI's pay the money and get the bit writer. makes the programming a thousand times easier
I have a VERY OLD ALARM, but is has 2 shock sensors, 1 in the front ,1 in the rear, 3 sirens, horn honk, field disturbance sensor and it works GREAT!
My car has been broke into 3 times, EACH TIME I get a broken Driver side window and NOTHING EVER GETS STOLEN, EVER. It won't keep the windows from being broke but it keeps all my gear in the car. So whatever alarm you get, MAKE SURE you protect the Zones you want ot keep protected.

Anything DEI, and you will be happy. I personally have the Clifford RSX 2.1 and I love it. Clifford and Viper IMO are probably the best alarm systems you can buy for a reasonable price.

bet you didnt know that the pagers go bad mostly after a year right!!
Bet you didn't know I've had it for longer than a year and it's fine, right??
Not that it matters anyways because I need a new one. Drumstick to pager doesn't do good things. But it still works.
